These suit any conditions that you might have, ranging from Swedish massage to Bowen technique and Hydrotherm Massage to Pregnancy Massage and Pregnancy Hydrotherm massage, each offer a unique way to help your body to heal itself. Everyone is treated in a truly holistic way, you are unique and special and we hope you will feel relaxed and revitalised after every visit.

The Bowen Technique is a soft tissue remedial therapy, named after its innovator Tom Bowen. The technique involves the therapist using fingers or thumbs to move over muscle, ligament tendon and fascia in various parts of the body. Read here for more details.

Amanda Riley, LCM Dip, Cert ECBS is qualified in Swedish Therapeutic Massage at the London College of Massage (LCM Dip), First Aid Certificate, Member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
